It is my humble opinion that no matter what you may hear or what people may tell you, true love surely and truly still exists. True love is certainly not a fantasy or an illusion. Many people have found it in their relationship and they are happy for it.

The feeling is indescribable. It is far better than what you feel when you have all the money in the world. It is even incomparable to the feeling that you derive from opium or any other hard drug.

It is even far beyond the pleasures that you derive from sex - because even sex is insignificant and immaterial where true love is concerned. Is it any wonder then that attaining true love is very rare nowadays?

Looking at the subject from a spiritual perspective, though, true love is like a religion. "Don't give up on your faith. Love comes to those who believe it. And that's the way it is." So sang Celine Dion in her song titled: "That's the way it is".

Viewed from this perspective therefore, true love, like a formal religion, does not have too many adherents. Compared to the population of the world, in my own humble opinion, true love is like in a ratio of 1 to every 1,000 persons - less than 2%. Is it any wonder then that true love appears to be a fantasy nowadays?

Yet, true love is not a dream. It is attainable. Many people have found it. Many are still searching for it.
